At Noisely, we believe in complete transparency about how we collect, process, and handle data from third-party platforms. This document explains our data practices, integration methods, and commitments to ethical data usage.
Our Mission
Noisely helps businesses understand customer feedback by aggregating publicly available reviews and mentions. We provide analysis to help companies improve their products and customer experience - nothing more, nothing less.

Other Integrations
We also support Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, G2, Zendesk, and Hacker News. For all platforms:
We only collect publicly available data or data you authorize us to access
We respect each platform's terms of service and rate limits
Data is collected to help you understand customer feedback about your brand
2. What We DO NOT Do With Your Data
We make the following commitments about data usage:
No AI/ML Training: We do not use collected data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Our sentiment analysis uses pre-trained models via API calls - your data is not used to improve these models.
No Data Resale: We never sell, license, or share raw data with third parties. Your data is yours.
No Advertising Targeting: We do not use data for advertising purposes or share data with advertisers.
No User Profiling: We do not build profiles of individual users who post reviews or comments.
No Scraping or Circumvention: We only use official APIs and authorized access methods. We do not scrape websites or circumvent platform restrictions.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Noisely is designed for monitoring your own brand only:
Own Brand Only: You may only monitor brands, products, or services that you own or are explicitly authorized to represent. By creating a brand in Noisely, you confirm this authorization.
No Competitor Surveillance: Using Noisely to monitor competitors, conduct market research on other companies, or track brands you do not own is prohibited.
No Discussion Manipulation: Data collected through Noisely must not be used to manipulate online discussions, brigade posts, or artificially influence sentiment.
Violation of these policies may result in account termination.
4. What We DO With Your Data

Analyze Sentiment: Categorize feedback as positive, negative, or neutral to help you prioritize.

No Data Monetization: We do not sell, license, or otherwise monetize the data we collect. Your data is not our product.
